When will my order arrive?

Orders will be sent out Monday-Wednesday in mid-December. If you need your order to arrive before or after a specific date please email us and we will try our best to accommodate that.

I haven't received a confirmation email about my order

Please check your spam inbox first. If you haven't received an email, let us know at mousesfavourite@gmail.com and we can confirm whether it was received or not.

 

How long will my cheeses last?

All cheeses sent out mid-December will last until after the new year.

I left it too long to order and it's past the pre-order date!

You can still order cheese from our website, but it will be on a first come, first serve basis until stock runs out. If the website says the item is in stock then you are fine! If it's out of stock, then unfortunately there's not enough time to make more.

 

I want to make my own cheese - when should I start?

If you start on 1st December, your cheese should be ready by the 25th. Please buy your starter kit from our main store otherwise you won't receive it until mid-December.

I want to buy a starter kit for my friend. Can they make cheese in time for Christmas?

You would need to give it to them a month earlier, so a starter kit for a Christmas gift will be a great New Year project. To get one earlier, please purchase from our main store.

Can I use my Cashew Points?

Unfortunately we can't transfer the cashew point system over from our main website. But cheese is for life, not just for Christmas, and we have really great offers year-round.
